We are delighted to welcome @ritaparadis as our first resident chef downstairs at Marmo!

Having recently settled in Bristol, Rita brings with her a wealth of experience from top spots @the_palmerston, @primeur_restaurant and @koyalondon. She will be serving a selection of dishes taking inspiration from her Portuguese heritage and we will be pouring an array of suitably exciting bottles alongside.

The residency will run on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30 - 9pm, starting on 31 October until 20 December.
